We plan to present one of our (many) “Tuff &amp; EZY” programs, and this week it will be our favorite Hopper &amp; Dropper pattern. During the session, Gretchen will tie the “EZY” version of the fly, and Al will do the “Tuff” version, but will show a technique to make the process a little easier.
