Speaker: Ray Perkins.  Retired Fish Biologist

Worked for ODFW from 1986 to 2013, out Ontario office from 1990 to retirement in 2013.  Much of my time spent working on the Owyhee River trout fishery and reservoir fisheries throughout southeastern Oregon.  During my off time I have spent a lot of my time fishing the Owyhee River below the dam.  I have also spent time fishing the streams in the head water areas of the Malheur River and Malheur, Pole Creek, and Beulah Reservoirs.
